– Breakfast is included with the rooms, but NOT with the apartments.
– If you want to have breakfast in the apartment this will be an additional 5 € per person.
– An additional bed in the room or apartment is 15 € per day.
– There is the possibility to have your room or apartment cleaned during your stay. – – This will be charged at 12 € per hour.
– Animals are welcome. For dogs there is a surcharge of 10 € per day.
– Dinner (reservation required) is 38 € per person (all inclusive).

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE PER ROOM/APARTMENT ARE:
Light, gas, water, heating, towels (we change the linen once a week; extra change 5 € for towels and 5 € for linen).

NOT INCLUDED ARE:
Telephone
Wood for fireplace (7 €)

PAYMENTS
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: 30% at the time of booking
TOTAL: at the time of departure

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1)The reservation is valid when we receive your deposit of 30%
2)You have to communicate the number of people when making a reservation.
3) In case of cancellation, you will have to pay the following:
If you cancel before 60 days, we will refund the deposit of 30%. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days, we will keep the 30% deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before you will have to pay 50% of the total. If you do not cancel at all, we will have to invoice you for the full amount (100%).
4) For the apartment we take a security deposit of 150 €, which we will refund upon departure.
